I helped transform a simple, points-based rewards tool into a full-featured fintech experience built around the fan.

My goal was to go beyond just giving fans rewards, to create a dynamic ecosystem where clubs could connect with their supporters no matter where they were.

I introduced gamification mechanics, interactive challenges, and local business integrations that allowed fans to earn points and unlock badges both online and offline. I also designed expense tracking features so users could better understand how they were spending and saving through the platform.

I redesigned Fan History from the ground up, focusing on making a powerful yet adaptable admin tool that clubs could actually enjoy using. I tackled major usability problems, streamlined complex information into digestible views, and made the interface accessible for all types of users, including those with colour vision or motor impairments.

My approach was grounded in research, constant iteration, and real user feedback. I also built a flexible design system that allowed each club to tailor their version of the platform to their unique needs, whether that meant enabling loyalty points, managing ticket-linked payments, or accessing fan insights.

The result? A scalable, accessible product that increased adoption across clubs, simplified workflows, and made fan engagement more meaningful, on and off the pitch.
