From where I started to where I’m now.

My journey started in graphic design, mostly because
I loved making things look good. But pretty quickly, I realised I wanted to do more than just arrange nice colours and typography.

I wanted to help people and make their lives a bit easier. That’s when I discovered UX, and suddenly everything clicked.

I'm originally from Romania, where I got my first proper design job with a studio called Quart.

My journey started in graphic design, mostly because I loved making things look good. But pretty quickly, I realised I wanted to do more than just arrange nice colours and typography.

I wanted to help people and make their lives a bit easier. That’s when I discovered UX, and suddenly everything clicked.

I wanted to help people and make their lives a bit easier. That’s when I discovered UX, and suddenly everything clicked.

After that, I packed my bags and moved to the UK to study in Swansea (yes, it really does rain a lot…).

While there, I also had the chance to work with one of the best design studios in Wales, Accent ADC.

Then I moved to London in search of bigger challenges, and let’s be honest, better food!

Fast forward 10+ years, I’ve worked on all sorts of projects: from building fan platforms for major sports clubs like Anaheim Ducks, Arsenal FC, Aston Villa FC, Boston Red Sox, Cardiff City FC, Harlequins, Los Angeles Dodgers, Manchester City, Memphis Grizzlies, Miami Heat, Miami Marlins, Minnesota Twins, Northampton Saints, San Diego Padres, Toronto Blue Jays,Washington Nationals and many more clubs to working on the Super Bowl and collaborating with brands like Mercedes-Benz and Adobe.

I’ve also freelanced with international teams on the side because I’m always curious and I’m always learning.

For me, design isn’t just about trends or fancy visuals. It’s about solving the right problems, asking the right questions and making things that actually work, not just look nice.

I like to keep things simple, smart and a little bit playful.

Because at the end of the day, good design should make you smile and make sense.

And while I’ve come a long way, I’m still chasing my biggest goal: to design so much, and so meaningfully, that one day my work touches everybody in this world, even if just a little.
