After meticulously planning the Express Coffee concept for several years, the inaugural Hi Coffee store finally opened its doors in late 2013 at Wales’ 2nd busiest train station and in Jonathan’s hometown, Newport, South Wales.
However, despite a few years of operation, the brand struggled to establish a strong visual presence in the market.
The challenge then became crafting a more compelling brand identity to captivate and engage customers effectively.
